SMOKIN’ SALMON

Ingredients:

2 five-six oz salmon fillets
1 tbs BUBBA’S ALL SEASON RUB or FLAMIN’ 8
olive oil

Instructions:

Brush fillets with olive oil. Lightly season with Bubba’s Rub. Cook on your grill at 325 – 350° F for eight to ten minutes on one side. Turn over and cook for eight minutes. Check for “doneness”. Garnish with lemon slices.
