PULLED PORK

Ingredients:

5-7 lbs Boston butt
5 tbs BUBBA’S ALL SEASON RUB, FLAMIN’ 8 or RIB RUB (your choice)
2 c BBQ sauce

Instructions:

Rub a Boston butt or pork shoulder with Bubba’s Rub. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate it in the refrigerator overnight.

Cook on your smoker or grill at 250 – 300° F for 2 1/2 – 3 hours. Baste with the BBQ sauce every 30 minutes. Remove from the grill and allow resting for 15 minutes. Use a fork to pull the meat apart. Serve on fresh rolls with coleslaw.
