KILLER BRISKET

Ingredients:
1 6-8 lbs brisket
1/2 c apple juice
1/2 c BEER OR COLA
1/2 c BUBBA’S ALL SEASON RUB or beef rub
Instructions:
Mix the juice, beer and Bubba’s Rub in a large bowl. Coat the brisket with the mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate it in the refrigerator overnight.
Cook on your smoker or grill at 250° F for 8 – 9 hours. The internal temperature should be 180 – 185°. Wrap in foil and allow resting for 20 minutes. Make sure you cut across the grain to serve.
