BUBBA’S RIBS

Ingredients:

2 slabs spare ribs (6-8 lbs)
3/4 c apple cider
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
6 tbs. BUBBA’S ALL SEASON RUB, FLAMIN’ 8 or rib rub (your choice)

Instructions:

Mix apple cider and apple cider vinegar in a spray bottle. Spray both sides of the ribs with cider mix. Rub Bubba’s Rub into the ribs. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

Cook on your smoker or grill at 225 – 250° F for 4 – 5 hours. The meat should be 180° f. Spray with the cider mix every 45 minutes. Add BBQ sauce during the last 15 minutes (optional).
