How to Rub with Bubbas

Here is how you “RUB IN THE FUN!!”
FOR: Ribs, Brisket, Pork Roast, whole or bone in Chicken: Coat the meat with a generous amount of Bubba’s prime Rub, wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator overnight. Cook low and slow over indirect heat.
FOR: Boneless Chicken, Fish, Steak, Veggies: Use a light coat of Bubba’s prime Rub and let marinate 1-2 hours. Go straight to the grill
